We strive to make our customers happy with their purchase. If for some reason, you want to make a return, we do allow it within 14 days after you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us first before returning any products you purchased from us. Click the Contact Us button or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER and we will assist you the best way we can.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (ex. Tags must still be attached). Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable and the buyer pays for return shipping. Personalized items are not eligible for a return or exchange as these products cannot be sold again. Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for a return.
Some items are exempt from being returned for hygienic reasons.

We can cancel orders right away if a cancellation request is made within 12 hours of your purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com or click the Contact Us button on our website. For cancel order requests made after 12 hours, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel it as the product is most likely in the production phase since all our products are made to order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the shipping & handling charges, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
