How long will it take to receive my order?


Handling Time

Products are made to order so please allow 2-7 business days for processing before it's shipped. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking code to your email or phone.

Shipping Time

     US - Flat Rate domestic shipping takes between 1-8 business days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item is shipped. 

   International - Flat rate international shipping takes between 3-20 business days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the item is shipped.

Canada Orders: Customs, taxes, and other fees that may be applicable will fall under the customer's responsibility. You may visit this website to calculate possible import charges: http://www.purolatorinternational.com/trade-regulations


Express Shipping

If you need expedited shipping, we will try to accommodate your request as best as we can but we ask that you email us your order number as soon as you placed your order so we can process it right away. What is your return policy?

We strive to make our customers happy with their purchase. If for some reason, you want to make a return, we do allow it within 14 days after you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us first before returning any products you purchased from us. Click the Contact Us button or send an email to support@makerandmine.com and we will assist you the best way we can.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (ex. Tags must still be attached). Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable and the buyer pays for return shipping. Sale items are considered final and are not eligible for a return.

 Some items are exempt from being returned for hygienic reasons.

What if I didn't receive my package?

If your package hasn't arrived and it has been more than our normal delivery times, please don't hesitate to send us an email at support@makerandmine.com or you can also click the CONTACT US page and enter your information so our customer service department can help you out right away.

Maker & Mine is not responsible for any lost/damaged items that was caused by any of the following:

  • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
  • Customer placed wrong address upon check out. If the customer placed wrong address, we can re-ship the package and the customer will be charged for the cost of re-shipping it. 
    Where does Maker & Mine ship?
         We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.
         For international shipping, we currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom (This list can change anytime without prior notice). We are looking forward to adding more countries in the future so if your country is not yet on the list, do check us back next time or you can also send an email directly to support@makerandmine.com and we might be able to work things out to better serve you!
    Where are your products from?
    Currently, all of the products on our website are fulfilled from any of our four manufacturing sites: two are located in the US, Europe and Mexico. When a customer makes an order, we choose the closest location to the customer to ensure the most effective and efficient way of shipping and handling our products. This information can change anytime as the company continues to grow and provide a variety of products for our valued customers.
